Twice Weekly Meditation Practice the ancient art of Self-Inquiry in our weekly meditation classes. The more curious and open you are with yourself, the more you can offer that to others. Meditation meets Noon Eastern, M/W.

Recordings of the Calls - Our calls will be recorded and made available so you will always have them for reference.
